Google Image "North Korea at night"
That's how they really want to "remake" the USA.
The airspace over all nuclear power plants used to be closed, has that changed?
I think you’re confusing payoffs with policy: defunding Yucca Mountain is the indicator of the administrations attitude toward nuclear power.
The airspace over Fort Calhoun was closed because idiots in the press were renting light aircraft to go site seeing & were buzzing the plant .
The folks that run the plant talked to the FAA & got temporary airspace restrictions enacted.
This is an article by a Pakistani “news” outlet, that is allegedly based on a report by a Russian government agency, and we’re supposed to think it’s credible? It comes from Pakistan, the new safe haven for terrorists, and it’s obviously intended to terrorize us. Just a little investigation shows it’s just a shallow ploy to make us afraid.
I googled “Russian Federal Atomic Energy Agency” and it led me to the wikipedia entry showing that they were originally called The Ministry for Atomic Energy of the Russian Federation (or Minatom for short). Since the name changed in 2004, they still use the minatom.ru web address. There’s no mention of any such report on the agency’s press page, http://www.minatom.ru/news/ (translated here: http://is.gd/U4V4yW)
Think again....
Instead of paying to dispose of spent nuclear fuel
their making billions off the taxpayers to store it.
That is why they shut down Yucca Mountain.
As nuclear waste sits idle, federal payouts to Exelon mount.
