If you actually had a honest view of things, and if you therefore knew anything about our party, you would know that we support candidates based on adherence to the core principles of this free republic, not something so marginally important as a party label.

If the Republican Party ran an actual republican, one who didn’t waver on the protection of life, liberty and the Constitution, we would support them.

Unfortunately, the formerly grand old party is now made up of too many people like yourself who show zero good will to principled folks, and therefore the likelihood is that the corruption and self-destruction of the Republican Party will continue.

You didn’t identify me as a party chairman. I did. It’s on my homepage. Has been since our party was founded.

Now that is a blatant lie which you are posting to a lifelong independent. Post the entire statement.

“”Even the Democrat Chairwoman would not be as hostile as you are being, she would own up to her leadership position, and why she was posting against Palin and Bachmann on this Romney thread. We would be well aware that she officially represents an opposition candidate and party.””

You are a Party Chairman, a party that will be running it’s own Presidential candidate, be open about that.

Do you have any idea who that will be yet?

Did you get that? If I didn’t want you to know, you wouldn’t know that I was a party chairman. I would be posting like you are: anonymously.

So, your continued personal attacks really look silly if one stops and thinks about it. You learned that I was the AIP Chairman from me. And yet you claim I’m hiding something. LOL...

Hey, I’m the guy that forced you to finally put that on your home page, and that helped, but very few people bother to visit home pages.

You manage to hide your position pretty well, even on this thread you seem furious to have had it brought to the surface.

Do you really see publicly identifying you as a Party Chairman, as “a personal attack”?

You do seem furious about it.

What to do?
First, not endorse him as our candidate.

Second not to vote for him if he is.

You cannot vote for a Republican that implemented Obamacare in his own state, that’s been a dismal failure, and who still defends Romneycare to this very day as good and right.

If he’d come out and say he was wrong, that’s it’s been terrible for the state, that anytime Ted Kennedy smiles and laughs with you signing a bill, that that ought to be a clue you’re doing something massively wrong.

He won’t. He’s toast in my book. Too much baggage you can’t justify.

You don’t act like an independent. You act like a GOP hack.

We’ll run whomever we want. The person that we think is best qualified to save the country from the Republicans and the Democrats who are destroying it. We’re free Americans, and we will make our decisions based on principle, not with any reference to the snarky attacks of folks like you.

But whoever it is, I can assure that it will be someone who understands that our rights come the One Who created us, that the purpose of government is to protect those rights, and that the keeping of the oath of office to support the Constitution is not optional.

Here, I’ll put it in bullet points for you. This is what we require of all candidates for any office in the land:

That they...

Honor God.

Defend the God-given, unalienable right to life, liberty, and private property of every innocent person, from creation until natural death.

Defend the God-given institution of one man-one woman marriage and the natural family.

Defend the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

Defend our national sovereignty, security, and borders through a firm Peace through Strength foreign policy.

Defend the federalist form of representative, republican, constitutionally-limited self-government — based on the rule of law, not of men — bequeathed to us by our forebears.

Defend the Constitution of the United States, and demand that the oath of office be kept by every officer of American government, in every branch, and at every level.

Do you have a problem with any of that?

I’m not furious at anything, much less you revealing something that I’ve revealed all along on my homepage. Why would I be mad that you revealed something that you learned from me?

That’s not the problem. The problem is with your repeated personal attacks on me, and your twisting of my motives and actions completely out of any resemblance to reality.

That’s called slander or libel, by the way. Are you proud of being a constant slanderer?

Wow, quite a wordy political speech when all I asked you is who your party is running this time.

Is Alan Keyes a possibility?

I was surprised when I learned who you are, and I don’t recall who first outed you, that is why I pressured you to put it on your homepage, and your in tag line.

Your hostility to being revealed as a Party Chairman is startling.

That's just a flat out lie. You didn't pressure me into anything. I've always posted openly here.

Your constant lying harassment, on thread after thread after thread, in violation of FR's rules, is nothing more than a nuisance.

Is Alan Keyes still in the list of possibles?

What do you think his chances of being the nominee are?

Let me ask you a couple of questions, ones that bear on the subject of the thread:

1. Would the GOP be hurt or helped by nominating Mitt Romney for president?

2. Can you name someone on FR who has fought against Romney any harder than me over the last few years?

3. Are you prepared to help conservatives take effective political action when and if the Republican Party goes totally off the rails?

As party Chairman, you must know something about your own party and it’s possible candidates for 2012, has Alan Keyes expressed any interest in 2012, or hinted that he is available?

The fact that I have warned and warned and warned Republicans about Mitt Romney goes to your constant attacks on my character.

You see, it is my own self-interest that the Republican Party nominate Mitt Romney. It would be the death of them, politically. And we are very well situated to enjoy the political benefits of that self-destruction. Millions of conservatives would suddenly be looking us over very carefully.

But I haven’t looked to that self-interest. I’ve kept my focus on principle, and continued to tell people what a disaster a Romney presidency would be for the republic.

Many have listened, at least when it comes to Romney.

Our process is wide open to any principled candidate that meets with the approval of our people. I have no compulsion to talk about who those candidates may or may not be.

I know that it is your goal to stop Governor Palin and Bachmann.

Why won’t you reveal anything about Alan Keyes and 2012, I know you are only here to work as a party professional, but couldn’t you be just a little more open about your party?
