President Obama made an embarrassing blunder during an address to U.S. soldiers.
Speaking at Fort Drum in upstate New York yesterday, the President mixed up two Medal of Honor recipients, referring to dead hero soldier Jared Monti as alive.
For the members of the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division who listened to the President's speech, the remark no doubt came as a shock.
The President said: 'Throughout my service, first as a senator and then as a presidential candidate and then as a President, I’ve always run into you guys. And for some reason it’s always in some rough spots.
'First time I saw 10th Mountain Division, you guys were in southern Iraq. When I went back to visit Afghanistan, you guys were the first ones there.

For Obama, these events are just going through the motions.
Of course, he has staff who should confirm these details - but for them also, they are just going through the motions. They don’t care enough to get it right.
Was it really a blunder or was it done intentionally to show his disdain for the military?

What does he care? Obammy could declare that the sky is red and the media will all nod their heads and report that the sky is now red.

And, Hussein is anything but brilliant/smart/intelligent, that’s the reason for his many gaffes.

I wouldn’t give the slug that much credit. Why would he care enough to think? Never had to. Like Chauncy, “being there” was all that was necessary.

I really don’t think Obama’s Press Corpse (LOL) has any idea what the fool is going to say until he says it.
If he isn’t on the teleprompter he is a loose cannon.

Considering he addresses them as “you guys” more than once, I vote for disdain. It would never occur to him they are professional and deserve to be addressed with a title of respect.
I can't imagine the pain he has caused the family he supposedly consoled, to realize that his concern was so PHONY, that he didn't even remember that their son was DEAD. What a POS this useless excuse for a human being is.
On second thought, don't apologize, because you wouldn't really mean it, just RESIGN, immediately!
