In any sane society the release of felons and violent criminals from prison, who are here illegally in the first place, would seem to be a societal death wish. But given the desire to pander to the Hispanic lobby with its agenda of open-borders and amnesty, our elected officials could care less about the welfare of citizens -so long as they get the vote from America's fastest growing ethnic minority.

I would think that the common sense policy would be to deport any alien that commits serious crimes, even if they were originally admitted legally as an immigrant, student, or tourist.

I don’t see why there would be a complaint with deporting illegals who aren’t supposed to be here any way.

Agreed. And deport any illegal alien that is caught, be it at a traffic stop, applying for food stamps, enrolling their kids for school, etc., etc.

ICE agents warn Americans “to brace themselves for what’s coming”

In the wake of the recent memo from the Obama administration which announced “prosecutorial discretion” in dealing with illegal aliens, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents across the country have been speaking out what many of them are calling a “backdoor amnesty.”

On Wednesday, ICE Union president Chris Crane told PRNewswire: “Any American concerned about immigration needs to brace themselves for what's coming. This is just one of many new ICE policies in queue aimed at stopping the enforcement of U.S. immigration laws in the United States. Unable to pass its immigration agenda through legislation, the Administration is now implementing it through agency policy.”

Crane continued: “ICE and the Administration have excluded our union and our agents from the entire process of developing policies, it was all kept secret from us, we found out from the newspapers. ICE worked hand-in-hand with immigrants rights groups, but excluded its own officers.” Also ignored by the press, was last year's no confidence vote ICE agents gave Obama appointee, ICE director John Morton.

The National ICE Council represents about 7,000 agents and support staff. Those agents, just as many American citizens are also convinced that the new policy, which gives special preference to illegal aliens who have a relative who has served in the military, those who are enrolled in any education program and even those who are pregnant or nursing is simply to a move from an unpopular president, desperate for re-election. Nothing good has come from this plague of lawbreakers violating our borders. On the contrary, illegals are a national security threat-----and are conspiring to tear down democracy---and their home countries are helping them.

News reports say Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru are conspiring to collude with The Anti-Defamation League, The American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center and several other civil and immigrant rights groups to infringe on US sovereignty to make laws as we see fit. The co-conspirators filed a federal class-action lawsuit against Georgia's law and are now asking a judge to halt the measure pending the outcome of their case.

Why is it lawbreakers have all these countries.... and the US president ..... defending their "rights?" And not even our own govt is protecting American interests?

King Obama needs voters. But it has been overlooked that these criminals will be part of the riots and destruction. Combine this with his brown shirt Unions and the freeloaders that will join the ranks of street thugs, America is at the brink of CWII, and we will win. Oil up the armament.

Wait, I have a solution to this problem the Democrats might agree with. We could install voting booths in our prisons so our Democrat Party’s illegal alien felon constituents could vote there without being released.
