The very same “Justice Department” that says that the democrat party’s ObamaCare can take away your freedom to chose your own provider.

Funny how the article doesn't mention that fact.

Since when does anyone have an inherent RIGHT to choose their healthcare provider when on Medicaid? If they don’t want to take you because you don’t meet their criteria you don’t get to choose them. Not all providers take Medicaid. You can’t choose them if they don’t take Medicaid.
This is nuts.
Besides, how did the judge determine this was the only reason they were denied funding? Lots of PP places don’t meet health code requirements.

Replace Congress. Impeach and remove any judge who won’t provide equal protection for all persons as the Constitution imperatively requires.

I’d love to be there when this ho has to go before the real JUDGE and explain to him why she decided to become a baby killer. “Unconstitutional” may @$$. That “unconstitutional” crap isn’t going to hold up when she goes before the Lord.

I hope Indiana tells the Feds to go screw themselves and opts out of federal funding for Medicaid. Bingo. If you take the Fedzilla's money, they make the rules. I suspect the judge is legally correct.
Also, the dirty secret is many states make money off of medicaid. One scam Clinton signed into law in Arkansas was charging huge taxes on certain procedures. Say if a procedure cost $100 they would charge a 200% sales tax, making the total cost $300. The state would pay a third of the total, or $100, giving them an easy $100 profit.

"I hope Indiana tells the Feds to go screw themselves and opts out of federal funding for Medicaid."It's gonna take a bunch of states telling the Fed they've had enough and will run their states by the will of their citizens. I really don't know what else we can do. It's obvious the Feds have plans of their own that don't include the US Constitution.

Someone once wrote that for every legal issue being contested there is always some federal judge willing to declare it unconstitutional, no matter how stupid his or her stance on the issue may be.
