ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Gay marriage will become legal in New York state after the Republican-led state Senate voted to approve it. Advocates are calling it a historic step as New York stands to become the sixth but by far the largest state to legalize same-sex marriage.
Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo lobbied hard for the bill and has promised to sign it.
The Senate vote is viewed as a major gain in an effort to allow gay marriage nationally.

Jesus pointed out that the action is between MALE & FEMALE. Sex/Marriage is obviously NOT for just any human partnerships.
We already know of the other passages in the Bible where homosexuality is condemned. Jesus obviously approves of ALL these Scriptures.
Will there be ANY challenge to this? Can anyone challenge in reality? What about “judge shopping” like the Hussein cultists do regularly?

Homosexuality is a cancer upon a society.
Paul the Apostle warned the church and the world about what happens when people engage in homosexual acts. God gives them up to their lusts. If you are a homosexual and you do not feel guilt about it, then God may have given you up to your lusts.
When God gives you up to your lusts, you are in a very bad state.
Are you a homosexual?
If so, do you feel guilty? Or has God turned you over to your lusts?
If you want to know how God feels about homosexuality, just read the first chapter of Romans. Read it again and again until it sinks in.

I have a call in to a friend that is a great Lawyer. Last year we filed a lawsuit to get the senate back to work. It actually worked but was taken to court by DiNapoli so the effects of our suit was lost. I say that just to give you an idea where he comes from, we like to go after politicos.
I know the pressure is increasing on me to take out Grisanti but the damage is done now. What I am doing with our TEA Party group is, do not show up at any of his functions to attend, show up to protest with signs calling him a liar, etc....

Too many Christians ,and those not, who are opposed to the homosexual agenda are afraid to take a stand. But stand we must as we all have a responsibility to the truth regardless if it steps on the sensitivites of those who would rather we appease thier sinful nature....Christ spoke against the behavior clearly...but more importantly He spoke of marriage as between a man and a woman and designed it as so from the beginning.....

Gay marriage has been legal on the Canadian side of the falls (i.e. Ontario) since 2003 and legal in all of Canada since 2005 when Alberta, PEI, and Northwest Territories and Nunavut were forced into it by the marriage act passed by the federal gov’t of Canad.

Some, who are Christians, ‘claim’ to have a disposition for homosexuality but they do resist for the sake of Christ...and trust him for that resistance. It is no different than married men who daily are tempted to break their sacred bond to their wifes. They choose to remain faithful to that commitment to Christ and to their wifes.
Homosexuals would rather not battle their inner war and instead demand an acceptance of it in order to relieve them of their stuggle and shame. That is not how God works.

Well, I suspect the mods are trying to clear out his trail which seems to have infilitrated more than one thread...including the Freep-mail.. some poster linked my Freep-mail as a gay supporter.... likely by mistake but I won’t be using it until this gay guys stuff is fully off the site.
isn’t this a “state issue” let NY decide (rightfully or wrongfully) what they want to happen in their state
