Also, never forget Clinton and the fact that Edwards was second in Iowa. Would they pass background checks? I doubt it. In fact, how many democrats would pass? Really. Where did slick Willie go after he was "sent down" (kicked out) of Oxford? Was Moscow on the itinerary? Man, the MSM was on that weren't they?
Gaffes have nothing to do with it. What the media has done to Sarah Palin is play dough compared to what is in store for the next republican nominee. According to the Washington Post, Ms. Jarrett was for many years both Michelle and Barack Obama’s “tutor.” Virtually every mainstream media outlet has not only done an over-the-top puff piece on Valerie Jarrett (as they repeatedly have with Mr. Obama and his wife), but all agree that neither the President not Mrs. Obama makes a move without first consulting Ms. Jarrett. Ms. Jarrett was personally responsible for bringing self-described Communist Van Jones into the White House as President Obama’s environmental “Green Czar.” [1]
