But he still could have been tops within the communities that he was organizing.

I firmly agree with your assessment of his IQ. Obama’s utterances demonstrate an IQ between 85 and 98.

I don't think Obama is stupid. 97 isn't that low, compared to the overall average. Besides, being 'clever' is much different than acquired scholastic knowledge, which is what the IQ test is about.
