As I read through the article, I kept thinking that the headline should have read:

‘Gunwalker’ Scandal and the Case for Impeaching Indicting Holder

First things first. He is “protected” from many/or all his acts until he is removed from federal office by House of Rep impeachment and Senate conviction (aka removal). Then indict and jail him/them. Perhaps better yet, extradite Holder to Mexico so he can face trial there. But I’m with you on the bottom line - Hard time in PRISON.
