“The Sunday Morning Bray”, by Bray!

Husbands LOVE your wives and do not be harsh with them. Col 3:19

Present Ohbummer has been selling the story he pulled the economy out of the ditch. The economy isn’t in the ditch it’s been wrapped around the Liberty Tree by a drunk driver while he and his fellow partiers want to crack another bottle of Jack Daniels. We need to sober these drunks up before we even think of letting them have the keys again. This meltdown isn’t completely his fault since we haven’t had a sober driver at the wheel since Reagan and since then it has been one big socialist Party swerving all over the road passing out the party favors until they finally wrapped it around the tree.

Our gummit is going absolutely nuclear on the private sector. It has one goal and one goal alone which is to destroy as much as it can before the election so there will be as many invalids on the dole. They believe the more they have receiving checks the more will vote for their own self interest and against the interest of the taxpayer. We can only pray the American people will see through this destructive scheme and vote for the revival of the American dream. There is going to be some rocky road to travel back but that road is going to have to be traveled eventually and will only get steeper as we climb deeper into debt. We are all alcoholics now and we are going to have to go cold turkey while the DNC wants to open another bottle of Wild Turkey.

How did we get here? It all started with the myth of Karl Marx and the new leaders who came to power after WWI, the war to start all wars. All of the leaders back then believed in Marx to one degree or another. FDR, Stalin, Hitler, Franco, DeGaulle and Mussolini all sworn Marxists. They were all One World followers who all wanted to be the leader of that world with Hitler and Stalin double crossing each other and starting WWII. FDR believed he could turn America socialist through his New Deal plan which extended the Depression far longer than it should have and only ended when the banks insisted he release control of them so they could loan money to the weapons companies. The renewing of capitalism pulled us out of the Great Depression by letting the human spirit do what it does best, invent and create.

He accomplished what he needed to do by starting huge Federal projects, in Dams and roads as well as all the CCS projects with their workers unite propaganda. His biggest socialist foundation was Socialist Security which has grown into a federal monstrosity enslaving millions of retirees to the addiction of socialized retirement. This program has worked so well for the socialists that it not only makes the retirees enslaved to the federal trough but it allows the DNC to use granny as a political pawn for their bigger and bigger programs as they shift funds from one Ponzi to the next.

For the past 40 years they have been shifting money out of the SSI fund and dropping it in the general fund to waste on pork barrel projects. Now the fund is underwater and there is no way to return the money so granny is waiting for the bottle to spill its final drops while she has nowhere to stagger. This is a truly evil scenario developed by some truly evil politicians. When you look at this $14 Trillion deficit ignore the President since he is simply a figurehead and slave to the system. President Bush was afraid to be made into the SSI and Mediscare Boogeyman so he went along to get along costing us Trillions. No the place to look is Congress where all the hardcore alcoholics live. These sloppy drunks like Pelosi, Schumer, Reid and McCain have been swerving all over the road where they finally went over the cliff, totaling our economy. We need to elect a President who’s not afraid of the establishment communists who run skid road and take their bottle away. They can’t even take a baby step of defunding an FDR era CCS project like NPR. Do we still have fireside chats next to the radio? Can they even free themselves from subsidizing the Victrola or RCA? Sure, these are the serious politicians looking to cut spending.

Not only are we not out of the ditch we still have the drunks fighting over who gets the keys if they can ever get the engine started again. Now you are going to see the tried and true blame game as to whose fault it is, well it is FDR’s and every politician since thens fault. Right now we have a couple of Tea Partiers trying to do the right thing starting with Paul Ryan and you can see what an outcast he has become. Until we have people willing to stand up there is no reason to pull this car out of the ditch so the drunks can take another joy ride. We need to allow the debt limit to expire and let the proverbial to hit the fan and let the world know we are going to kick our habit the hard way and start down the narrow road to sobriety. There will be delirium tremors and shakes but in the end there will be a freedom and productivity we have never imagined. It is time to throw away the bottle and go into the Drunk tank to begin our 13 step program to begin our crawl towards sobriety. The party’s over.

Pray for America

After watching that interview, I actually thought Stewart did a pretty good job explaining himself, and after a time, towards the end, when he dropped the pretentious Leftest vehemency, he was actually agreeing that the mainstream media was biased to the Left.

I only wished Wallace had balanced the interview more with hard facts. Letting Stewart cite one biased poll about Fox News viewers being less informed was something he definitely needed to counter, then and there.

Hopefully, somebody on today's shows will ask, "If Barack Obama is a shoo-in to win the 2012 election, why does he feel the need to raise a BILLION dollars? If the only thing he needs to do is fill out the paperwork to get on each state's ballot, a few MILLION should do it."

The more the liberals talk down the Republican potential candidates, the more it sounds like Obama is unstoppable. I guess getting unemployment back down to 9.1% and gas prices back down to the $4.00 a gallon range is considered miracles in the faculty lounges all across the country.

Interesting that a number of pollsters are now resorting to including only those who have declared they are running. Clearly they hope and pray the field is set in concrete as of now. Good luck with that pollsters, as I don’t believe for a second it is set.

Polls are nothing more than media attempts to make news on a slow news day. They can 'commission' a poll to get the result they desire. Then, they broadcast the results as 'news'.

Polls are almost as silly as the 'reporters'/'journalists' who used to use other 'reporters'/'journalists' as their sources for their news.

It is a game of manipulating the public.

In my opinion, the purpose of most polls is to FORM public opinion, not measure it. The public is quite "herdable." Most people are wired to "vote for the one that can win."

A poll is (after you correct your spelling) a long, straight, fairly rigid object commonly used to suspend wires or other devices off the ground or surrounding water.

If you insist on the “poll” as correct spelling, I won’t bother with a definition.

It simply doesn’t have any real function, unless you consider propaganda to be real world.

Morning AB, All,

Thank you so much, AB, for doing this thread regularly like the sun rises in the morn. Greetings all, hope life is finding you well and hale.

Today is my birthday so I accept your good wishes in advance. You may send them individually but I won’t take offense should Dave Gregory get you so enraptured all else leaves yon mind.

Got a good Delaware story, later. You’re gonna love it, if nothing else, the GOP Blue Bloods hate it.

Got a good writing job for myself. I’ll go into that later in the thread where I shall regale with tales of retirement, jobs, property tax discounts and waging how much money to make to make it worth it.

For now, it would seem a new Sussex GOP has been voted upon….good guy. Name is Glen Urquhart. Maybe the name rings a bill, probably not I understand. Glen is the fellow who ran to fill Mike Castle’s seat in the House when he vacated it to run for Senate. Christine O’Donnell ran against Castle for that seat and beat him in the primary. Glen and Christine campaigned together and the political wind of mighty Sussex has changed. Nominated Lewes Del for a visit by Rush’s “Two for Tea”, btw….told him Sussex county is the greatest conservative place on the planet to live no mind Wilmingdelphia.

So first thing the new Chair and his board did, heh, was pass resolutions called…”sense of the party”.

Well I love it.

What they do, they create the feeling of the party on a particular bill up in the Delaware senate (they’d do this national too only no Repubs in the national law houses). So the bill up to allow very dumb manufactured home owners to demand that the landlords do not get to raise their land rates if their net profit is over a certain amount.

In some parts of the world they call this communism.

Anyway, the Republican party in Sussex county takes a stand on these sorts of issues and sends them up to the Republican legiislators. Legislators that the PARTY helped elect, go on. This so they can’t say, eh, they didn’t know.

We’ve been stung enough by Mike Castle coming to Sussex county demanding we vote for him then going back and voting with the Dems, ya think?

Well the Blue Blood GOP is all in a snit over this. “It’s not fair to put the burden of petty party politics on the legislator who has to deal with the opposition party and other factors,” they sniff.

Hey, I think it’s a great idea.

Wish us luck….the Republican party should do this across the fruited plains.

I’ll end for now with my assertion, truly believed, that every Republican who voted for that NY same sex nonsense should be kicked out of the party.

Yeah, the new rule was legislatively introduced, better than the court doing it, I know this. But if a Republican is not going to vote to save the definition of marriage….

….THEN THEY ARE A DAMN DEMOCRAT!

Kick them out and let them be one.

Wallace tries to get her to criticize Romney.

Wallace clearing throat a lot asking Bachmann about earmarks and her status as a deficit hawk.

Questions about training money for employees at her husband’s clinic...subsidies for her father-in-law’s farm.

“So you’re pro-earmark?”

Wallace asking her about repealing Obamacare. Asking about Ryan budget taking away half a trillion dollars away from Medicare.

Wallace starts by PIMPING his (and Fox's) Mitt Romney
Showing a graphic with fake data showing Romney in front
and Gov. Palin not even listed.

Wallace (RomneyBOT misogynist):
"Why are you a front runner?
You and Romney are out? front what is the choice?"

Bachmann: "I.. I.. I.. I.. I.. "
(No mention against RomneyCARE or Romney)

Wallace (RomneyBOT Romney-defender):
"Are you suggesting that Romney is not sincere?"
(Bachmann avoids comment.)

Wallace (RomneyBOT operative):
"We will address the other candidates later."

Then, astonishingly, With Fox's RINO Romney safe,
Wallace begins his fierce attack on Ms. Bachmann
and her husband.

FOX NEWS? Biased of 'out the gate'.

Ms. Bachmann? Not vetted by Fox
but clearly running for Romney's VP.

She refers to 10th amendment and belief in states rights. Wants Constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage.

The questions of Romney care remain an opportunity for Representative Bachmann to give her philosophical position on the proper role of government and the individual at all levels of government. It was one more opportunity to see if her "fiscal" conservatism is skin deep or if it goes all the way to the bone. An opportunity to stand up for individual choice and sound the warning call against an overreaching government at all levels. Remember, Tea Party activists don't' just operate at the Federal level. People are working at local and state levels to take back their government. And as the potential "Head" of the Republican Party , she needs to understand that.

I think it was another missed opportunity, but not altogether unexpected. Her vote on ethanol subsidies and her unwillingness to shut down the government during the CRA should give people pause. But it won't.

I am not convinced that Mrs. Bachmann is a small government conservative, but rather a targeted government Republican.

Yep, people here will tell me I'm FOS, but you know what? it won't be the first time and it certainly won't be the last time.
