It is gloriously upheld to squash tobacco scenes in movies, they are pushing for any movie with tobacco use to be rated-R
If you did the same sort of website for homosexuality - say SceneFags - it would be classified as a hate crime.
The whole rated R if cigarette smoking is shown is so stupid. It would make shows like Dick Van Dyke and Gomer Pyle unsuitable “for the children”.
