it's a hammer bashing something, but i can't figure it out either... i've reversed the colors, changed colors and still can't make it out it has been determined to be a piggy bank...It is a hammer smashing a piggy bank. Breaking the bank, so to speak, or maybe spending so much they have to steal money from a kid’s piggy bank. I don’t know the interpretation, but it is a piggy bank about to be smashed by that hammer.
