First....We don’t know if they’re African American. We do know that they are black. Second....Are they Muslims?? There’s a large MUSLIM group in Peoria who have threatened people before.

Typical ‘outreach’ by Muslims is to the prison and criminal class... Very few white college educated Muslims. But there’s lot of black Muslims... could be both.
Let a group of at least 60-70 White American youth march down one of the side streets (W. Thrush) to the 4 lane main drag (Sheridan)and yelling threats to black residents such as we need to kill all the black people around here.
