Houston Chronicle - Liberals never give up. Romney is not a favorite with the right in the party and unlike libs, Repubs more often than not leave religion out of the equation. Perry has a lot of appeal and could win. Libs should go back into their toiletbowl cities of D.C., Chicago, Houston, NYC, etc. breeding their contempt and leave the healthy minds (Recently in the news) of the countryside to chose for themselves.

All (including Democrat opponents) have called him a staunch Conservative, and not one of the dozens issuing opinions has mentioned the vaccine or TTC.
Apparently they don’t consider these things an issue. They DID mention Perry threatening to secede from the unionas a strike against him.
What Perry actually said; “You know, my hope is that America and Washington in particular pays attention,” Perry continued. “We’ve got a great union. There is absolutely no reason to dissolve it. But if Washington continues to thumb their nose at the American people, you know, who knows what may come out of that? So. But Texas is a very unique place and we’re a pretty independent lot to boot.”
