I don’t disagree with anything you’re saying. I just am not optimistic that any of it will do any good. Why?

1. Conservatives are too few; actually many people call themselves conservative who are not. True Constitutionalists are too few in number. Most R’s and even conservatives just want to tweak the current system a bit, or trim it down, or go off the cliff a little slower, rather than bring the fedgov back within Constitutional principles.

2. R’s - meaning elected politicians - are mostly all cowards without real Constitutional principles; many are just as bad as the D’s. Even if the ones in there leave and are replaced, it most likely won’t make much difference. The elitist string pullers are powerful.

3. Much of the non-lected bureaucracies of state and fed agencies, departments and so on are either out and out lefitsts or just gravy train riders who don’t to rock the boat.

4. The economy is collapsing and there will be no gov money to support the vast numbers of the entitlement class, this will happen no matter what.

5. Most states are so riding the gravy train themselves they don’t want major changes. But, states to me are the best hope, states rights movement are actually the best hope.

So, I see a number of different fuses, all burning away, and growing shorter. I wish I were more optimistic, but I’m not.

I certainly understand your lack of optimism, I feel it too. I’m giving myself to the 2012 election before I allow my last glimmer of hope to die out. My hope is that America will go through a revival of it’s Constitutional glory. I’m doing what I can to educate the younger people around me in hopes that it will make a difference. If 2012 is a bust, God help us!

I would add one more to your excellent list:

** ALL** of our government owned and run schools are GODLESS in their worldview, socialist-funded, compulsory, and managed by the collectivist voting-mob!

Simply by attending, 85% of all of our nation's children become comfortable with taking their neighbor's money for a service their parents want for tuition-free. Well, gee! If the government can use police threat to get free schooling why not a thousand other wants and needs? Children also learn to be comfortable with government compulsion and voter mob collectivist control of their lives.

Finally....Children who attend godless schools WILL learn to think and reason godlessly. They must simply to cooperate with the classroom instruction.

So?....Has any of the above been good for our nation? NO! Wilson, Roosevelt, Johnson, Carter, and Clinton, and now the full-blown Marxist Obama is proof enough of that. Any more of this indoctrination and we will see re-education camps in this nation.
