Hell, I’ll say it, I don’t care if anyone calls me a racist. The blacks are turning feral in the large cities, it is happening in Chicago, in Joliet IL, in Philadelphia, in Newark, in Los Angeles, and coming soon to anytown USA. They are forming large groups of roving predator gangs and taking whatever they want, and God help anyone who gets in their way.
Give Da Chief credit. A cop who welcomes the presence of ordinary citizens at crime scenes "to watch the guardians".
