What kind of police superintendent blames Sarah Palin and federal gun laws for his crime problems? He should get off his ass and do something about it. Chicago has gun control. Maybe he should arrest some criminals for violating the law.

The police superintendent should oppose gun control laws. If more law-abiding people could shoot the criminals, the police officers would have easier jobs.
