“Booze, Guns, and/or Abuse of Authority” Had the traffic incident occurred in NYC the individual who had acted in that manner toward an officer as McCarthy had would be charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, Assault on a Police Officer, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. Not even including the possibility of DWI and the vehicle ticketed and towed with McCarthy’s license confiscated until a hearing determined if it should be returned as with the vehicle.
