RE: "Savage has become stuck on salacious stories-getting really OLD man"

IMO.. no show prep. Mostly talks about stuff that he could discuss in a bar anytime. Rely entire upon his natural talent.

Far too often -- IMO and given these WWII-like times -- it sucks. It's "Fairness Doctrine" radio. I had decades of that sh*t but with some great talent in the Cincinnati area, for example -- Thomas and King if you were there.

He's doing it without trying (as only he could) .. and he's jealous of his competitors?!

They should be hating him. They have to work hard to stay on the air. All of 'em do.

(No it ain't easy, talk radio.. but with Savage's talents it ain't difficult for him.. boring at times but not difficult.)

EXACTLY !

Thank you-

the chips are down and no matter how cleverly Savage turns a phrase or makes an observation, or ask people why they listen (i.e. tell me how great I am) people are MAD ~!
they are losing their jobs
they have to pay for the grifters they see everyday who do nothing and get tax payer funded “alms”
if they HAVE a job they feel so indebted to hold it they will sacrifice their dignity-there is a word you don’t hear often

Talk radio could galvanize people but all it seems to do is make them feel more upset and mad and helpless, I think Savage has alot of power with his show and could get people into self defense mode,
heck the hem did it right?
