He looks like another ankle biter to me. The fog stayed off shore long enough for the 20 minute fireworks to go off(?) without a glitch. There were thousands of people on the waterfront to view it but what a mad house getting out of there for the fools who insist on parking in the area. I park 4 to 6 blocks south and get in my yearly walking exercise...
We have no fog, but the packed bayfront is probably common. They fired off a show from the deck of the Lex in Corpus, but most inland shows were canceled due to fire potential.
T.B. - did you have your annual cocktail with your yearly exercise??
Mid 80’s here & watched the fireworks, which were 6 miles away in the city, from the back deck of the house. In the morning we visited the only U.S. officially recognised ‘city of flags’ - Redmond - and drove street after street, mile after mile of name-embroidered American flags. Haven’t been as moved since walking Arlington Cemetary. Afterward we to the annual pet parade in downtown Bend where several hundred pet owners & pets were dyed and decked out in red, white and blue. The high light of the parade is a pug, wearing WW1 avator goggles, floating 30’ high via helium ballons.
I took a three hour nap today. I was dog-gone tired.

RaceBuddy is great - I wish it was available all year. I can even watch some of the race from work.
