My wife and I are armed with a .40 cal and 10mm respectively. She works in the hood, and I added her to my NFA trust, and she now has a 14" benelli entry gun in her trunk. She is now wanting me to train her on an M4gery.

She simply feels that she may have to fight her way out of the hood where she works one day. About once a month, she has to display her handgun at stoplights, etc. on the way to work.

I told her that if anything ever happens to Obama, NO MATTER WHAT, for her to head to the gunstore, about 3 blocks away and wait for me to show up to get her.

I was driving home from a tactical/practical match, past Six Flags Magic Mountain. There was supposed to be a concert, but someone had sold thousands of counterfeit tix (so I was told), and there was a large contingent of yout unable to get in.

A disturbance started at a Dennys near Rt 5, which spread up to Rt 5. Broken glass at Dennys, a burning car, kids on the highway. Traffic stopped, me in it. So far no problems, there were kids running around me but not messing with me. Suddenly they DID start trouble with a little old lady (grey hair and all) right in front of me, banging on the glass and rocking the car and yelling. I got out of the truck and they ran off, luckily for them.

Having just come from a three-gun match, I had an AR-type or two, two modified large-capacity 19” scaterguns, and a .45, plus kilograms of ammo. I could hear me telling the judge, “well, I asked them to leave and to leave the lady alone. They came at me, so I started with the Beretta shotgun then switched to the...”

But they ran away. It would have changed my life forever had they gotten the woman out of the car, or had come at me.

The 1030 traffic report just said to avoid the area due to an accident, I guess things would have been worse had they been truthful and announced a mini-riot. No twitter back then!
