That’s a misleading statement. Every violent rape by a stranger was by a foreigner. It’s bad enough without exaggerating. By the way, the report doesn’t bother to report who the foreigners were. Amish?

When a man creates a religion to justify his sins, one should not be surprised at the results when his followers continue in his footsteps.
Two pieces of information were missing.
1) Who were the victims?
2) Why didn’t they, or the male members of their families, take revenge on the rapists?
Are Norwegians that emasculated and weak as a people?

If you want to be exact, the report said “non-western foreigner”, which narrows it down a bit. The two specific cases where additional identity was provided, one was a pakistani and the other was one whose religion allowed a male to do to a woman whatever pleases him. I wonder what that might be?
