They should start with the Ryan plan, and go from there (alot more valid than Israel starting with ‘67 borders and going from there). If they don’t, then ask Reed (sick) where his budget is.
And they can use the remainder of the time working on the wording for the budget amendment (ie: govt is 18% of GDP, means to get from todays 24% to 18% in, say, 2 years or whatever...)
The Ryan plan is a non-starter. I increases the debt by another 5 T. The only solution is one that does not further increase the debt.
