Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is confronting President Obama on the economy today, visiting a closed-down factory that Mr. Obama himself once held up as an example of a company on the mend.

And before Romney holds a news conference at Allentown Metal Works in Pennsylvania this afternoon, he'll be in Philadelphia for fundraising events -- just hours before Mr. Obama attends his own Philadelphia fundraising events.

I’m not a Mitt fan either, but that ad made me sit up and take notice.

Beautiful and very effective ad. Romney is not near the top of my list but i thank him for spending his considerable bucks attacking Obama and not the other GOPers. I liked how in the first debate and so far in general, all of the candidates are dodging the media invitations to attack each other and are sticking it to Obama.

EXCELLENT!!! Hey, I’m no Romney supporter but anyone who can diss President Clueless in a classy, yet down-to-earth way like that ad does, and make the current occupant of the White House less palatable to the American people in 2012 than he was in 2008, when he had no record.........MORE POWER TO THEM.

I am most certainly not a Romney Fan, BUT, I sure like this ad, it really sticks it to OBAMA. It is more a no more OBAMA ad than it is a Romney ad. I wanna see more!

Chihuahua Romney defending Obama in NH, June 27, 2011:

"The people of New Hampshire have waited long enough.
They want to see good jobs. They want to see rising incomes.
They want to see an economy that's growing again, and the president's failed.
He did not cause this recession, but he made it worse.”
