Kern and Mono counties (SoCal, not to be confused with SocialistCal) have half of Los Angeles' water.

The way this guy has the split he would just be creating another liberal state. We need to split the state up the middle, maybe taking Orange county with us. Leave LA, SF, and Sac in the old CA state.
