How much time would you say that is? Is it 3 years? 5 years? 25 years after someone gets out before they are allowed to do anything?

No one said they would not be allowed to ‘do anything’, but trust is something you have to earn, and Vick lost his when he engaged in that unusually cruel activity for years, so it will likely take many years to regain it.
