Lieberman asked about Libya. Wants Obama to make the case on why it's good or our security (Lieberman says it is) says Libya IS about regime change despite what Obama claims. He's talking about how wonderful things will be when Gaddafi is gone. Powers says most of that money raised by Obama will go to the DNC.
