I don't believe most so called atheists are atheists at all. I believe they are deniers or worse, satanists. their constant attacks on what they claim to be a nonexistent
Deity would be akin to someone screaming from the rooftops
against and suing anyone who would mention the tooth-fairy.
No sane person would expend the time and money some of the most vehement atheists have to eliminate even the mention of a Supreme Being.
Denial unlike ignorance will not work for them come Judgement Day. I'll pray for them in spite of their beliefs or lack thereof.

if the rights were not unalienable, then the atheists’ rights and everyone’s rights, would be negotiable... because they are endowed by a higher authority, that they apply to all even though some may not acknowledge where they come from.
