APS became such a data-driven system, with unreasonable and excessive pressure to meet targets, that Beverly Hall and her senior cabinet lost sight of conducting tests with integrity, the report said.
Here's what it really meant: "There was no way in the world that we could meet these targets and failing to do so would make us look bad so we decided to cheat."

Only socialists could use the Newark,N.J. school system as a model. I went to Blessed Sacrament parochial school there after ww11 & it was a great school. Not so much anymore.

She could be any of the middle-aged women dressed in designer clothes on BART who work for local, city, state or Federal governments here in the Bay Area.

What a mess. Some kid will probably sue the APS because they were told they are smarter than they really are.

I await my moment for such high honors.
It is rather amazing how many French authors/philosophers possessed a high level of discernment during this time period. What happened since then?
