Anyone else notice how the things that are uniquely American are being sold to foreigners?

Who can blame the sellers though? They’re just targets of obnoxious, hateful leftists here in this country. :(

Here is a good example of what has become of an America that trades freely with the rest of the world. Up until the middle of the 80's the American machine tool industry led the world.

This is the current status of the Warner & Swasey Company Cleveland OH...

This is the campus of Fanuc LTD Japan.

Sure, there is a lot more to the story, but when there is an easy alternative in an imported good entire industries are lost.

Just like the late '70s.

Hmm incompetant libtard in office and the world goes to hell. I'm seeing a pattern here.

LOL, we bought Germany lock stock and barrel after the war ended in 1945. (Just a date to remember for the newly educated people of today, mainly info for the trolls.) So now the tide has turned, and now they are buying us. Who wudda thunk it?

I’m not seeing the globalization situation being exposed by FOX News as much as it should be. How many senators and representatives are warning us about globalization or Obama’s malevolent transformation of America. {{{Crickets}}}

We heard George HW Bush talk glowingly of the new world order and then we watched manufacturing being disassembled only to be reassembled in other countries like China and Mexico during Clinton’s term. Then we learned about Wen Ho Lee and small warhead nuclear weapons leaks at Los Alamos. We also heard of Bernie Schwartz of Laurel and the missile technology transfer to China. {{{Crickets}}}

Jobs are being outsourced overseas. Inflation and unemployment statistics are being dumbed down and grossly understated while the FED continues printing dollars devalouing our dollar and savings. The government is attacking our energy sources burning our food.

The government is using environmentalism to destroy our food and energy sources with idiotic charges that they are causing the extinction of rats, pocket mice, minnows and lizards, etc.

The 2012 elections are approaching and I’m watching for candidates that address “the reasons for our high unemployment situation” with direct and truthful explanations about what the progressives (anti-capitalist globalist) are perpetrating on our country. It’s time for the truth for a change

I wonder what is going to happen when every piece of American property; real, personal and things in action are sold off?

I thought the Japanese bought it all up in the 80's?

They did. Then they discovered that you couldn't put the Empire State Building on a plane and ship it to Japan. When they sold us the stuff back, they did it at a loss.

Hopefully, this process repeats itself indefinitely...

Sony Pictures Entertainment may be next, maybe Sony will avoid the middleman and sell directly to the Germans.

More dismantling of America.

The NASDAQ exchange made a counter bid to buy the NYSE a couple of months ago - only to be blocked by Holder’s Justice department, claiming it would become a monoploy — this whole story go so little press.
Only Jim Cramer and Larry Kudlow were screaming about it at the time, and they seemed to clam up about it eventually as well.

What the regulations that follow from the Germans.

Shale natural gas promises to make the USA the “Middle East” of methane. We swap our gas for their oil.
