If so, then no he cannot be admitted. Otherwize I see

How is there even a discussion? The guy is a law breaker. If he were legal and broke the law he would lose his license.
The idea that private attorneys are officers of the court is a fallacy perpetrated by the legal profession. Attorneys are private individuals licensed by the state to represent other parties in legal action for compensation.
It should be a de facto failure for unethical behavior, particularly if this was undisclosed at any point in this man’s education or professional career—if not be default.
Most state bars have a character and fitness committee that does a background check before admission. If a guy who is illegally present in America is deemed fit for admission to the bar, we might as well pick up our guns and forget about all of this “rule of law” bullshit.

Response: Of course he will be admitted. The hypocrisy of "weighing his application" is beyond belief. Use of the phrase implies he might be rejected for breaking the law. He is an illegal and thus is next to being a god.
Evidently he violated the law by perpetuating a fraud and possibly stealing an identity. That should preclude him from being admitted to the bar. This should be a ‘no brainer’.
