This animal was brought to America when he was 2 years old. Law enforcement would have been using racial or ethnic profiling to think about him being a Mexican citizen. Perhaps they would have gotten in trouble for that, if they had profiled him in that way.
Mass. has no death penalty; whenever Texas executes an inmate, Boston conservative radio talk host Howie Carr (on vacation this wk) plays a snippet of the country tune “God Bless Texas” together with the sound effect of an electric chair frying someone.
