If the author deems economic interests to be just welfare payments, then he might have a case. I still believe most people prefer a job. ..................................................... Can you imagine SEIU trying to organize welfare recipients into a Union and then demand higher payments? There are people out there who make a living out of welfare, its their own private family business and they got it down pat.
