Right you are, and worse still is the continuing fact that the Republicans operate on the “it’s my turn” philosophy of party leadership. This proclivity has brought us Bob “I never saw a tax I didn’t support” Dole, John, “I was tortured too severely and am stupid” McLamebrain, and last, but by no means least, John “cry me a river” Boner. And you can certainly make the case that “W” fits this mold as well. Here we hand them the means to start corrective action, and what do the “old line @$$holes do, they elect Boner and that mealy-mouthed Cantor, both of whom are abetted by the womanizer McCarthy. I guess it just means that the housecleaning still needs attention starting with the Senate’s over age Bobsy twins, Hatch and Lugar. And we need to see who supported Boner and start them toward the door. The worst of it is that we really don’t have the time to RIF these quisling bastards.
