Congress can also deal with an illegal Executive Order by passing a law that opposes, contradicts and negates the EO. Of course Barak Obastard could veto it, but the Congress could just keep on re-writing the language and sending it back to the Tyrant in Cheif, until the EO is exposed for the sham it is. The EO could also be challanged in the Courts. Executive Orders were not designed to over rule or circumvent the Legislative Branch. If something the Thug in Chief enacted through ANY means is unconstitutional, it should be fought against tooth and nail by the House and Senate Republicans, and should be hammered to death by the conservative talk show hosts, Fox News, and all other patriots, until it is overturned.
But something seems to be wrong with the House Republicans. Even though last November was a thorough thumping of Demorats at the Federal, State and local levels, due to a massive, (and growing), anti-Obastard sentiment, the Republicans are afraid to take him on. I'm beginning to understand why too. Obama and his machine out fox and out maneuver the mediocre Republicans at every turn, and they know it, and have become afraid of a fight with him now. This is why I like Trump so much, he attacked Barak Ocomunist so viciously and fearlessly that the American people adored him, and made him the Republican front runner even though he never threw his hat in the ring. Personally, I couldn't help but like the man, he possessed something our pussy Pubby leaders lack, brains and balls. And there is no replacement for brains and balls.

Trump would never have been a good candidate, and I really wonder if he was ever serious about it (he has a much better job now, being Donald Trump), but he did display an admirable quality lacking from most GOP candidates; he hit back, harder than he had been hit. It didn’t take long for those verbally attacking him to discover this.
