Just kill them all. One small tac at the base of the Aswan does it. Make it a dirty one.
I think the Copts (the Christians in Egypt descended from the original Egyptians before the Arab invasion) would object to your plan. Might you come up with something different that returns their homeland to them instead of killing them along with their persecutors?
