Any decent person in his position would have drunk poison by now and left a note of apology to just about everyone on the planet for being world's worst father. I'm sure that all those in Japan who are aware of who Frank Lindh is can't even believe that he's still alive by choice.
I bet the Lindh daughter just can't wait to get married and change her name. Her future in-laws whoever they will be will just be thrilled over the thought of having nationally-loathed Jihad Dad and his gay lover at the wedding with a hundred guests shooting dirty looks at them the whole day. Oh, and just wait until the alcohol starts loosening tongues at the reception.
I'd actually PAY to go to her wedding if her dad shows up and when they get to the part where "Who so objects to this man and woman bonding in holy matrimony, speak now or forever hold his peace", I'd shout from the back of the room 'LooLooLooLooLooLooLoo!' like an Arab with a reception dinner tablecloth wrapped around my head like a turban.

I simply want to make the point though on this expired thread that all of us freepers who are fathers would be loyal to the end to our son! I know I would!
And, I think most of us feel that being a traitor to your country is indeed lower than being a child molestor, if you can get lower than that! I just cannot think of a thing one man can do with his life that is worse than betraying his country.
