If this was actually written/authorized by exxonmobil, it was the most politically candid statement by a major oil co I have ever seen.
... and reasons 2 and 3 have been caused or at the least significantly affected by Obama.
I watched the last oil company hearings before Congress and it was sickening. Schumer was doing his political grandstanding like he was a paid actor. It was obvious what the oil companies were saying but nobody was listening. So which do we need more - oil companies or Congress. I say if the oil companies shut down for a month, we’d be in a panic. If Congress shut down for a month, we’d be celebrating.
