California passed an in itiative in 1999 for medical marijuana, and the feds never tried hard to enforce their laws.

To my knowledge, it isn’t a major issue, in the overall ranking of problems.

It’s just one of the many ways Obama has gone about in deliberately destroying the United States: changing a nation based on law into a nation of lawbreakers.
