In the Nineties, under Susan Savage's caustic administration, Tulsa experienced a pretty heavy small business and retailer exodus which benefited Broken Arrow, Jenks, Coweta, Claremore, and points east in general. Once that starts it is unlikely to reverse and generally those who go are the conservatives
