Neither do I, although we've been married 22 years. Just when I was ready to surrender to the nuisance name, since I was having to spell it for everyone for everything our children did, my mother put all their estates-and-trusts documents in my legal (birth) name! So perhaps after my parents pass away and the estate is conclusively settled, I'll change it. That will almost certainly happen before all the children leave home, since my parents are in their 70s and the baby is 2.
That said, one does suspect the parents of the immense young JaMichael are unmarried. After sticking him with that idiotic name, the least they could do is get married.
God that is one god awful name, guessing its a cross between the parents name, Janet and Michael, so why not go for Jan Michael instead, rather than something that sounds so ghettoish it positively makes the name Laqueisha look posh.
