At least 11 people, including a 13-year-old boy, were wounded in shootings across the city over a hot and steamy night, according to Chicago police reports.
Those shootings beginning Sunday evening added to a weekend violence toll that earlier included at least two deaths and 11 woundings by gunshot.

After reading the article it sounds like the most popular weapon in Chicago is a BB gun.
Well, the liberal excuse is the legacy of slavery and discrimination. Plus, due to lack of jobs, people in the ghetto commit crimes because they have no food or money. At least that’s what I’ve heard some liberals say, to excuse the violence among ghetto dwellers.
Why are liberals never held responsible for the failures of the war on poverty? Almost 50 years later, and trillions of dollars spent on various anti-poverty programs, and the problems of the ghetto are worse than ever.
It’s a good thing guns are banned in Chicago otherwise we would be witnessing a blood bath! Oh, wait...
“The wonders of San Francisco” are overrated. In the event you may be a stranger to Northern California, SF is a toilet, filthy and disorganized.
It costs money everywhere you turn, from the bridge tolls entering the city, to outrageous parking fees, and overpriced restaurants, hotels and entertainment venues.
I have made it a practice of many years to avoid going south over the GG Bridge or west on the Bay Bridge. If you want to see SF, see it from Sausalito, and go no closer.
