I could not cook when I got married. I learned quickly!! It is a better bang for your buck! If nothing else...baking all your own bread is MUCH cheaper than buying the pre-made from the store.

Here's the funny part.

I look at these girls with their children. The mother is dirty, dirty clothes, dirty hair, tattoos, etc. The child is dirty with dirty clothes, etc.

So it is obvious mom does not work and CERTAINLY does not spend time grooming herself or her children.... I am thinking the house is certainly a wreck .... so that means she must have LOTS OF TIME to cook..... NOT!!!

I didn’t know how cook until I left my mother’s house. THEN it was a lot of trial and error.

I finally got the hang of it. ANYTHING is preferable to fast food...and as you say, lots cheaper!!
