The state health department’s Index data for all 1961 Hawaiian births does list Barack Obama’s name and the two local Honolulu newspapers did carry birth announcements for him on August 13 and August 14, 1961.

My theory is that a birth certificate was created for him in August of 1961 by having fake birth information sent to the Health Bureau from an employee at Kapi’olani Hospital.
Someone like Dr. David A. Sinclair, who is listed as the attending physician at the birth (and who did work at Kapi’olani at that time) could have sent falsified information to the Health Department to cover for a foreign birth; perhaps in exchange for a low interest loan or mortgage from Zero’s grandmother or some free furniture from the store where Zero’s grandfather worked?
No one would have been checking too closely to see if an actual birth occurred back in 1961, before the age of illegal aliens or identity theft and Hawaii was a brand new, 2 year old state, just getting its policies and procedures together.
The doctor listed on the Hawaii long form birth certificate is my first choice for who committed the crime.
Fill out a fake birth certificate form on a Friday night after the offices at the hospital are closed (Obama was supposedly born Friday evening), sign it, get the parents to sign it on Monday, August 7th and send it to the Health Bureau. The Health Bureau registers the birth on August 8, 1961 and sends the data on to the newspapers for publication. You now have a brand new 1961 Hawaiian citizen.
