Every day that goes by I feel it even more important than yesterday to pray for this country. We sorely need a return to the principled leadership style of RWR.

I watched this with fresh eyes!

The media on Carter’s loss: “What went wrong?” — they wanted him to win.

Nice wrapup from a much younger Dan Rather: Reagan “ran a classy, high-road campaign...very smart...he made no mistakes.”

Rather on Carter: “Eventually his job rating and the facts caught up with him.” — Nice!

We all hope for a landslide against Obozo for sure.

But, unlike Carter, Obama can give a pretty good speech and fire up a crowd.

Obama is a pretty good liar able to twist his record and confuse the unaware.

Also, Reagan had a lot of winning campaign experience and knew how to control media images.

Let’s hope our candidate can do the same.

May history repeat itself.

Did everyone notice that we were the Blue states back then. Anyone know when all three networks simultaneously switched us to Red so they could stop calling their own party the Red Party....way too revealing, that was....

2000. The MSM even admitted why they did it, Said they were "offended" at being compared to Communists.

Said they were "offended" at being compared to Communists.

Simple solution. Stop being one.

I haven't seen Obama fire up a crowd since the mass hysteria of the 2008 campaign. Even then, those of us who watched and listened in an un-hypnotic state, knew then that he was nothing more than a two bit street hustler, with absolutely NO substance.

Most people who voted for him have now snapped out of the trance. He has trouble even filling high school gymnasiums now.

Starting at 3:53 of the video, Blather starts his reply to Bronchitis: Walter, you asked why did Carter WIN?

I think if you watch his eye movement, someone was trying to correct him, but he never did correct his statement!

REAGAN WON, THANK GOD!

“mass hysteria of the 2008 campaign.”

That is what I mean.

He isn’t a Reagan as a speaker, but he is capable of stirring a crowd. Just watch his 2004 DNC speech (not a black or white America). That was a pretty good speech. Carter was never like that. Carter was a Zombie compared to Obama.

Someone ought to switch it back. Maybe even add a hammer/sickle to the red for the dems. Make it even more obvious.

It does make you wonder how they all come together to do/say the exact - same - things. Even Fox.

Obama WAS able to stir a crowd, not that long ago, but I'm afraid he's lost his mojo. He's lost all credibility, because of the enormous gulf between his soaring rhetoric of the campaign, and the results of his mal-administration. He's simply no longer believable, and can't get away with the messianic act now.

Now that he's got a record (to run away from), and countless recorded gaffes and missteps in public, he's a tough sell. The real Obama has predictably come forth, and has revealed himself to be little more than a stubborn leftist ideologue who couldn't manage a quikie mart, much less the federal government.

The emperor has no clothes, and even his most ardent supporters are now aware of it.
