If you hadn’t noticed, the justice system has been dying for a while now.

The courts are dominated by leftists who have only ideology in mind. Outcomes are determined by them based on what they want you to see, the lessons the sheeple must learn.

It is corrupt.

Soap box - no body is listening.
Ballot box - Zero confidence.
Jury box - corrupted beyond repair.

that leaves us one box - to be opened when checks don’t go out.

That is evident in Judge Robertson's case ( the Twitter Judge in Hollister vs. Soetoro ). His background :

From 1969 to 1972, Judge Robertson served with the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, as chief counsel of the Committee's litigation offices in Jackson, Mississippi, and as director in Washington, D.C. Judge Robertson then returned to private practice with Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, where he practiced until his appointment to the federal bench. While in private practice, he served as president of the District of Columbia Bar, co-chair of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and president of Southern Africa Legal Services and Legal Education Project, Inc. Also, Obama served on the board of the Chicago branch of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Here is an excerpt from an article on what the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law does :

Uses the courts to bypass the electorate and its officials in order to gain what it perceives as desirable and just outcomes. Today LCCR uses the courts to mandate race-based affirmative action preferences in business and academia. Its major objective is to use the skills and resources of the bar to obtain equal opportunity for minorities by addressing factors that contribute to racial justice and economic opportunity.Given our nations history of racial discrimination, de jure segregation, and the de facto inequities that persist, LCCR elaborates, the Lawyers Committees primary focus is to represent the interest of African Americans in particular, other racial and ethnic minorities, and other victims of discrimination, where doing so can help to secure justice for all racial and ethnic minorities.
