I presume this guy has a black mail dossier held by the Dems so he'll jump and bark at their command.
He seemed OK as a Rep (back in the 90s), but since he's been a Senate he's been supporting the Communist party whenever they get in a bind.
He acts like he's owned by them.

man, I hate this guy. Raising taxes is the coward’s way out (as opposed to making the hard choices of what to cut). This guy’s only concern is keeping his job...it’s certainly not the well being of the country.

Republicans Should Accept Tax Revenue Increase
They're trying really hard for a third party.
What they don't realize is the third party will be the GOP.

(By not increasing TAXES...) You're giving money away to a few people at the expense of many..."
By not confiscating even more taxes from successful people, government is "giving money away".
This just floors me.
This sick p.o.s Graham MUST be primaried away. ...Flushed down the toilet like a colossal turd.

If loopholes, excepting mortgage and charitable deductions, are done away with, I’m okay with that
Reagan did away with loopholes, and lowered the tax rate tremendously.
I don’t think that Obama is such a giving mood.

“Graham said. If you did away with all deductions and exemptions except charitable giving and the mortgage interest, that’s $1.2 trillion that’s spent every year.
I don’t like this guy, either, but this makes sense to me.
“...except charitable giving and the mortgage interest...”
How many of you are able to take advantage of anything other than this?
Maybe health care deductions, but that’s all that I can think of...

If anyone needs to be "primaried" it's Lindsey Graham.
Any time I see or hear of something he's said:

Freepers reject the gay agenda, but what if we all pitch in + send Graham a year’s supply of gay (adult) DVD’s?
That would keep him occupied while we pass some emergency budget caps.
They could have titles like Barney’s Frank and “Anthony’s Weiner — Inside the Moslem Brotherhood.”

So, what does the Senator define as a tax loophole?

So, what does the Senator define as a tax loophole?Apparently, both the standard deduction and personal exemption are "loopholes."

So, what does the Senator define as a tax loophole?
It’s probably in the eye of the beholder. “Closing loopholes” undoubtedly polls better than “raising taxes”. Chances are there’s not a dime’s worth of real difference between the two.
I mean there could be - but in practice I bet there won’t be.

Don't you dare tell me what I should accept.

The problem with Graham’s (and other RINOs’) proposal is that it does not address the basic problem — OVERSPENDING (and size of government).
