McCain Warns Bachmann
July 14, 2011 12:18 P.M.
By Robert Costa

She is acting “sort of like Senator Obama did.”

Over in the House, “I am told that it is very difficult,” McCain says. “There are Republicans who are committed, like Michele Bachmann, to vote against raising the debt limit under any circumstances.” Bachmann, he warns, is acting “sort of like Senator Obama did.”

In 2006, then-senator Obama refused to lift the debt limit. Speaking on the floor, Obama ascribed his opposition to the “failure” of George W. Bush to address the country’s fiscal problems.

McCain has little patience for such posturing. He tells me that political disagreement with the president — any president — should not jeopardize the credit rating of the United States.

“What some of my colleagues on the Republican side don’t understand is that sometime before August 2, the markets would start reacting in a negative fashion,” McCain says. “Sure, we might be able to divert funds from one pot to another to keep things going, but that’s not what the president is going to do.”

Where was McCain during the last two and a half years when the government was running up trillion dollar deficits and ruining the economy?

Now the useless POS finally speaks out and it is to criticize a fellow Republican who is actually trying to control the destructive, irresponsible spending.

McCain is worse than useless.

McCain is again wrong about PObama.

OBAMA IS AIMING FOR “ NO DEAL.”

Obama is engaging in the politics of created crisis.

Saul Alinsky stuff.

This is about Obama’s re-election campaign.

The so called default will allow Obama to exercise unilateral control of the Congress by refusing to pay out military salaries and social security, the politics of fascism.

Congress just needs to convene and pass laws to direct Treasury to pay the nations currrent monthly indebtedness, and social security and military salaries, and then they need to impeach Obama.

And WHY should anyone with half a brain listen to this loser, Juan McPain? He is a tiresome, tedious broken record. No original ideas, no plans, the same tired and inane, ineffective rhetoric. Go away Juan.

McCain suspended everything he was doing and rushed back to Washington to make this statement.

The media loves to keep bringing out this old loser to comment on everything.

Once this SOB gets re-elected he turns right back to his treachery.

He cannot be trusted anymore than Obama can be trusted.

Tim Pawlenty- (take note Sarah)-

if you recall Pawlenty,Palin were the tossups to be
his VP- Sarah won out- but could not help Mclame.

Anyway, Mclame is helping out his old buddy, by attacking
his competition.

Old John McCain’s favorite statement is:”My friends across the aisle” John is an old dinosaur who should have retired 10 years ago. Bachman says what the majority of Republicans are thinking and believe.

The man is truly insane. He has lost all grip on reality and needs to be locked up for his and our safety.

As quickly as he totally cracked following his work ushering in bammy as emperor, one has to wonder just how crazed he'd be if he hadn't thrown the election to the mulatto marxist and had actually been sworn in.

We wouldn't be at war in afghanistan and libya, it'd be Canada and the Bahamas

What, may I ask, has the honorable senior Senator from Arizona ever done to help control federal spending?

Bitched about earmarks, right?

But did he ever do a damn thing about ending them?

To my recollection, no. It was just "posturing". Which the honorable senior Senator from Arizona seems to practice with remarkable regularity.
