Is it ok that every time these guys breath there is not 1000 posts of people shouting “CAVE”?

Well, the GOP "leaders" are innately conditioned to cave (keep in mind McConnell's attempt to undercut Boehner's negotiating position). Thus, we are conditioned to expect it, so they bear close watching. If the GOP "leadership" finally, at long last, proves otherwise... great.
