I'm waiting for someone to compile a list of the really dumb things Obama has uttered and I hope his eventual opponent just scrolls the list across the tv screen in a campaign ad. If it scrolls really fast a 2 minute ad might do the trick and I'd contribute to the cost of the ad.

At some point, even Obama and his media buds have to run out of cards to play.

I still think Obama's going for a government shutdown and cutting off the checks. I smelled that in some of their comments three or four months ago, when they first started talking about the debt ceiling.

s Government shutdown worked for Slick and Beast, and now the Chicago Boys want to have a go. Let 'em. People have seen that play made before, now, and it won't sell the way it did in 1995, when Clinton was lying his face off to an adoring press and they were only too happy to inform a shocked public that the Republicans had closed down the Government and thrown Granny in the snow.

"Going to the American people" worked for Reagan because the American people knew what he wanted to do, trusted him, and most of all, agreed with him. Nobody knows what Obama is up to. Nobody in her right mind trusts him. And as far as anyone can tell, they don't agree with his agenda. He's going to find the nation's front door slammed in his face.

He can have his 90% black vote, 70% Jewish vote, and 60% hispanic vote. And all the thugs running the unions. It won't add up to near enough.
